
The Ocean Front Brasserie at the Coffs Harbour Deep Sea Fishing Club offers one of the most exclusive
places to celebrate your special day. The 270 degree views of the beaches, harbour, jetty and mountains ensure fabulous photos and beautiful memories for you and your guests.
The fully private dining room, with spacious balconies, can seat up to 150 guests. Food can be buffet or sit down presented to the highest standard, and the Club provides a full bar, including a selection of red, white and sparkling wines. Drink waiter service is available.

The Brasserie has a variety of menu options for you to choose from, depending on your budget and personal requirements.
Banquets of three to five courses are available, and you can design your own menu from a list of dishes created by our chefs. If you have a favourite dish you would like specially prepared, just let us know and we can possibly include it on your menu.
Buffets are a great choice for large groups and those who like the casual feel of helping themselves.
The Coffs Harbour Deep Sea Fishing Club operates the bar and beverage service. A selection of wines for dinner and sparkling wines for toasts can be arranged from an extensive cellar selection.
The dining room is totally private from the rest of the Club screened by a floor-to-ceiling partition.
Our menu prices include:
Full room set up, breakdown and cleaning; bridal table backdrop, starched linen tablecloths and napkins; fully skirted bridal table, and professional food waiter service, cutlery, crockery and glassware.
For extra decoration of the room i.e. flowers, centerpieces etc, we can engage one of our preferred suppliers on your behalf, or feel free to arrange these items yourself. We will help you in any way we can by placing your special decoration to your specifications. Please keep in mind there may be an extra cost involved and we cannot take responsibility for the loss or misplacement of any items, although, of course, all care will be taken. You may like to enlist family or friends to help with the decorating of the room. The room is ready for decorating by 4pm for an evening wedding. Our normal finishing time is 11pm.
If you have a date in mind, or can’t decide between a few different dates, we can advise you of availability and make a tentative booking on your behalf. Tentative Bookings will only be held fro a maximum of 14 days.
To confirm a definite booking, the club requires a room hire fee and deposit. The cost is $465 with $300 refundable seven days after the event. This is a member’s price, membership costing $15 per year. Forms are available from the Club and photo ID is required.
The dining room can seat up to 150 for a sit down banquet or 120 for a buffet. A minimum of 80 people are required to reserve the entire dining room for your special occasion, especially on a Saturday night. Unfortunately we cannot take bookings during the Christmas school holidays or the Easter Long Weekend.
The brasserie is open 7 days and nights including breakfast if required. For weddings in the evening, the dining room is available to guests from 6:00pm to 11:00pm, with pre-dinner courses available from 4pm in the lounge or on the balconies. We can host lunch time weddings between the hours of 12:00 midday and 4:00pm, when the room must be cleared so we can reset for dinner service.
